Russell F. Elder was admitted to the Michigan Bar Association in 1992. He received his B.S. from Western Michigan University in 1988 before receiving his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1992. Mr. Elder lectured for the Michigan Risk and Insurance Managers Annual Meeting in 2000. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
