KELLY A. HOUGH-BREEN was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2003. She received her J.D. from Wayne State University in 2002. She earned her B.A. in Social Relations through James Madison College at Michigan State University in 1999 with an additional major in Psychology. During law school, Ms. Hough spent two years as a volunteer at The Free Legal Aid Clinic, Inc. in Detroit which services low income families and individuals in family law matters.
