Harold A. Larson is of counsel with the firm. He became a member of the State Bar of Michigan in 1962. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Larson grew up in Detroit, Michigan. He received his B.A. from Wayne State University in 1958. In 1961 he received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.

Mr. Larson is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Business Law, Real Property and Environmental Law Sections. He has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He has served as an attorney for the City of Farmington Hills. He has made numerous presentations to organizations on estate planning, and has served as legal counsel for a number of senior housing projects in their development and operations in the State of Michigan.

Mr. Larson continues to serve as legal counsel in the acquisition and development of property for churches throughout the United States. Mr. Larson is also a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and Christian Legal Society.

Mr. Larson's primary concentration areas include Business Acquisition and Ownership Transition; Residential and Commercial Real Estate Acquisition, Development and Sales; Profit, Non-Profit and Ecclesiastical Corporations and all other business entities; Estate Planning and Probate.
