BRUCE J. LAZAR is a shareholder of the firm. He was admitted to the Michigan State Bar and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan in 1971. He received his A.B. Degree from Wayne State University in 1968 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan in 1971. Mr. Lazar has authored "Protecting Confidential Client Relationships Through Use of an Employment Agreement" in the Michigan CPA. He is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for the Commercial/Construction Section of the American Arbitration Association, Oakland County Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.
